Blackberry Roasted Pepper Fruit Table Vinegar starts with fresh hand picked blackberries, ancho chili's and bell peppers grown on an organic farm. No heat in this one, just a nice smokey flavor. Great on a salad, as a marinade on pork shoulder / beef. Drizzle a little over salmon as a finishing flavor. A slow reduction of equal parts Merlot and this vinegar is wonderful over brie for an easy appetizer.
